Competitors and spectators drive long distances across the Navajo Nation to participate in the Kayenta Rodeo. The Navajo Nation, home to approximately 175,000 people, encompasses 25,000 square miles spanning the Arizona – New Mexico border and a sliver of southeastern Utah.
